Who I am and what I do.

Hello there. My name is Chris Beard and I have been a recording engineer for 30 years. I attended the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences and went on to work at Kurt Foster Recording Services and Music Annex (Digital Annex). After that I have focused on working with bands in their home studios.

Now I am looking to help bands in need. I provide free mixing services for any band or artist that is struggling to get a good mix. I am open and experienced with all types of music. I do love metal the most but I have no bias. I just want to help people get their music out there.

I am currently using ProTools 7 with stock plugins. I do not have Autotune. I plan to upgrade my gear as much as possible through donations (never required). I will give your songs a great clean mix but I am limited on plugins so things like pitch correction are not currently available.
